In response to the brief, I designed a pair of stud earrings and a tennis bracelet that channel this aesthetic through structure, repetition, and subtle contrast. The studs are refined and minimal, mirroring the clarity and precision of her style, while the tennis bracelet builds on this with a rhythmic arrangement of stones, incorporating varying shades of blue to create depth and movement. The overall design captures a sense of quiet luxury, where sport and fashion intersect - reflecting Emma Raducanu not only as an athlete, but as a contemporary style icon whose influence extends seamlessly from the court to the pages of Vogue.
Emma Raducanu’s style embodies a refined balance between athletic precision and understated elegance, a duality often captured in her appearances in Vogue. Known for her signature blue tones on court and her effortless transition into high fashion, her aesthetic feels both modern and timeless. Drawing from this, I focused on translating her clean, polished style into jewellery that reflects both performance and sophistication. The cool-toned palette of blues and silvers became central to the design direction, echoing her on-court presence while aligning with the elevated simplicity seen in her fashion editorial moments.
